Safe holidays in Riccione: safety measures.

Today we work for the safety of our guests.

We have accepted the challenge and consequently our commitment is to ensure hospitality, safety and hygiene for all our activities.
We are equipped for your and our safety, so that you can enjoy a peaceful holiday.
Cleaning
The rooms and common areas are aired and sanitized several times a day.

At the departure of each customer, the room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized completely with disinfectants recognized by the Ministry of Health as "Surgical Medical Devices".

In all common areas of the structure, hand sanitizing gels are available to guests.
Safety signs
We have created special signs in the internal areas of the hotel to remind everyone of the need to keep safe distances.

For check-in and check-out: most of the administrative procedures can be carried out online, limiting physical contacts. There is the possibility to send your documents via WhatsApp or email.
In the breakfast room
The safety distance between the tables is guaranteed except for families or people sharing the same room.
To facilitate distancing, you can also have meals in the outdoor garden.
Lounge Bar
The bartender carries out table service to avoid crowds at the counter.
Staff
All staff received specific training to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols in the best possible way.

Flexible bookings
  • you can cancel your booking up to 5 days before arrival in the months of April, May and September.
  • 14 days before arrival in the months of June, July and August.
To confirm the reservation, the hotel requires a payment of a deposit or a pre-authorization on the credit card as guarantee.
